AdvantX Practice Management Reports include over 100 standard reports, with specific reports linked to each module. For even greater flexibility, you can quickly generate your own custom reports and save them for repetitive use with AdvantX’s English Wizard Ad Hoc Report Writer. To create a report, you type in the desired parameters using plain English, hit enter, and the report is created. Depending on the report, there can be any number of filters that allow you to limit the results of a report to certain criteria. For instance, a Patient List would default to printing every patient. Using filters, you could limit that list to patients of a certain age, with a certain insurance carrier, and so on. Some filters are optional, and appear in standard type. Most reports have options for View, Print, and Export. The default selection, View, is the most flexible. Choosing this output option will allow you to view the report on the screen, print the report, or export the report in a variety of formats and give you the added benefit of being able to preview the report and to verify that the filter selections you’ve made are accurate. The Print option simply prints the report, while the Export option will prompt you to select the export format and specify the location of the resulting file.
