System Management
includes User Tables, which contain all user-definable master
tables, grouped by module. User Tables allow your practice to personalize
the system to meet your unique and specific needs.
In
addition, there’s System Security, which works on an individual
employee level. Each employees is assigned a logon password and a security
level. Security levels are maintained via the Security Level table found
under the User Tables Module. You can assign a separate security level for
each employee, or for multiple employees such as a ’Front Desk’
designation. Each security level has a list of functions (security
checkpoints) linked to corresponding Modules, to control use of the system
among your staff.
